Common questions
Do we own the software?
Yes. Source code, database and hosting credentials are transferred to you on completion, with full intellectual property rights. Nothing stays locked to us.
Can it work offline?
Yes, where the site needs it. We build desktop and local-network versions that sync when a connection returns, which matters for factories and godowns with patchy internet.
What happens after handover?
A support window is included. After that, an annual maintenance contract covers fixes, updates and backups.
