TallyPrime Customization
Custom vouchers, reports, print formats and automation written in TDL — developed and supported in-house, on your own copy of TallyPrime.
Tally does the accounting well. What it does not do is know your business — your invoice format, your approval rule, the one report your auditor asks for every year that nobody can produce without three hours of Excel work.
TDL, Tally's own definition language, is how those gaps get filled. Because the customisation sits inside Tally rather than beside it, your staff keep working in the screen they already know, and there is no second system to reconcile at month end.

Invoices and payment reminders sent over WhatsApp and email straight from Tally, with delivery logs against each voucher.

Credit-limit enforcement, discount approval and user-wise restrictions on what can be edited or deleted.

Common questions
Will it break when Tally updates?
TDL sometimes needs adjusting for a major Tally release. That adjustment is covered for the first year, and under a maintenance contract after that.
Does it affect our existing data?
No. TDL adds to the interface and reports; your vouchers and masters stay exactly as Tally stores them.
Do we need a particular Tally licence?
Customisation requires a licensed TallyPrime installation. Silver and Gold both work.
